Ready for a challenge?
The fastest way to provide support to
C-suite executives thanks to proven guidance
You know you are capable of doing more than you’re doing now. Deep down you are aware that you are a strategic partner for managers, the team and the organisation.
But part of the role is to manage complex schedules. You are required to communicate effectively, and also anticipate the needs of your manager and other stakeholders.
And you need to do all of this in a dynamic environment under constant pressure while expectations are constantly changing. That’s a lot of new challenges that you need to find the answers for.
But what if you could get proven strategies instead of finding out what works and what doesn’t through trial and error?

Step into your new role with confidence
Most PAs who take on a new role take years to figure out what works and what doesn’t.
You will know within 6 months.
During the mentorship, you will learn what tangible changes you can make to help develop your skills to provide support C-Suite level executives; including: building a strong strategic partnership, dealing with complex planning in a dynamic environment, organising events, and time management.
“Janine is my PA role model”
“Whenever I was stuck in a situation I thought about how Janine would solve it. I checked previous emails how she shared information, arranged meetings or asked for inputs. In my career as an assistant I have never met such an assistant role model like her before. All her correspondence was very polite, respectful and friendly even though I knew the pressure was sometimes enormous. Janine has been a mentor and
it was a great pleasure for me to work with her and learn from her.”

Personal Assistant
During the mentorship you will
receive help with:
- Clearly and comprehensively defining your objective using the SMART method so you will be able to confidently say that your mentorship has been successful.
- A tangible action plan with clear steps that will ensure you achieve your objectives.
- Being held accountable so you actually achieve the objective.
- You will receive personal feedback during the six 1:1 sessions, and these will help you develop in the areas of time management, organisation and planning, as well to improve your leadership skills.
- You will learn to look at challenges differently so you can face them more easily.
- Looking after workshops and taking everything off your hands.
- WhatsApp support for all your questions.
Take advantage of my 20 years of experience!
When I started as a Personal Assistant 20 years ago, no one gave me answers to the questions I was struggling with. Questions like:
- How do I deal with rapidly changing circumstances and above all, how do I cope with them?
- How do I ensure my self-confidence does not suffer under a manager who is under high pressure and has to make decisions quickly?
- And how do I adapt to a dynamic environment without losing myself?
I found the answers through hard experience, and I learned what worked and what didn’t along the way. What was necessary, and what I felt comfortable with. How I could be part of the team and still get things done quickly. This meant I always had customers, and many asked me to come back. For me it was confirmation that my method worked.

Frequently asked questions
I am not a PA, but I would like to become one. Is this mentorship for me?
Yes, provided you have more than 5 years of experience and want to develop yourself in the field of planning, organising and time management.
Why does the mentorship last 6 months?
Once we have determined your objectives and created an action plan, you will then need time to implement it. And during this time, you will find you have many questions, and you will encounter many challenges that you will need help with.
Can I cancel early?
No, your commitment is for six months. You cannot cancel early. But we’re both human; we can discuss what’s going on. We can talk if you are unhappy in any way or if you feel you are not making any progress. My experience? The difficult moments generally come just before a big breakthrough. And that’s what we’ll talk about. I’ll listen to everything you want to say, and then we’ll take a look at it all together. We’ll ascertain whether you’re about to make a breakthrough or if something else is going on.
What does the Mentorship cost?
The investment is €2,475 excluding VAT.
It’s a lot of money.
It is indeed, but it is an investment in yourself; one that will yield great results in the future. You will develop as a PA, and you will be able to take your new insights and skills with you as you move onwards with your career. C-suite level PAs also earn more. This means you will be able to earn your investment back quickly and easily.
